This project uses Fusion 360 to demonstrate the design of a cable tidy for a smartphone charger. In additional to basic CAD sketching tools, the resources prompts students to use the 'revolve' function and export their file for 3D printing.

Using the results of the simulation, you can then run a shape optimisation study to create the optimum dimensions for the shape within the given loads and movement. Note that since these tutorials were produced, a new version of Fusion 360 has been released. The main difference with the interface of the new version is how one accesses the Sketch tools. This document has a short summary of this change.
The tutorials are listed in order of complexity, so it is best to start with the first four or five to build skills.
